1. How to delete your account in the app
Open Poker Equity & Odds, sign in, open the You tab, choose Delete account, and confirm. Accounts are created with an email address and a password, with Google, or with Apple, and the same step deletes the account whichever way it was created.
The confirmation in the app reads:
Delete your account? This permanently deletes your account, your synced progress and stats, and signs you out. Your purchases may be restorable later via the App Store.
The deletion happens as soon as you confirm it. There is no waiting period, nothing is queued for review, and the account is deleted rather than disabled.
2. What deleting removes
- The Poker Equity & Odds account itself, deleted on our side rather than disabled
- The progress and statistics synced to that account
- Your sign-in, which ends on the device at the same time
3. Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple and by Google, not by the app. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store on iOS or in Google Play on Android.
A purchase may still be restorable after the account is deleted.
4. If you cannot open the app
Write to hello@poker.academy from the email address the account uses, and ask for the account to be deleted. The account is deleted once the request is confirmed.
5. Data on your device
Deleting your account removes the account and the progress synced to it on our side. It does not clear what the app has saved on the phone itself.
Your settings and locally saved data stay on the device, including saved ranges, calculation history and trainer progress. Removing the app deletes those.
